I moved to Swiss Bank Corp to build their Paris Futures desk. One strategic decision I took was to implement access from Paris to the newly electronic DTB market (Deutsche Börse)- electronic trading revolutionized the Future markets. I then moved to London to take larger clients' responsabilities for the group.

I had the priviledge at 28 years old to build and develop a team of 10 Futures brokers. Because of the strong competition of local brokers, I decided to set up a desk of american sales people to target US hedge funds- rarely covered from Paris in the mid 1990's. Macro funds traded massive volumes and our desk was a huge hit. After 2 years, JPM was ranked in the top 5 Futures brokers in Paris.Working at JPM at that time was exceptional- a rare working environment based on the culture of excellence!

At Lehman, even as a brief employment experience- I have learned the fundamentals of working in an international environment. I discovered the power of financial research and I discovered servicing the big US Global Macro hedge funds. It paved the way for my future career!

Thanks to several short term experiences as a trainee, I worked at the newly created Paris Future market: the MATIF. I became passionate about this new market and decided to work as a broker. I joined Fimat, the newly subsidary of Société Générale and opened the MATIF option desk for them- managing 2 people on the floor. I was only 25!
