Budgeted for, monitored, reported on, and evaluated programme implementation, represented WIEGO with internal and external audiences, conducted all narrative and financial reports with sub-grantees. Organized international field visits on behalf of donors and for project purposes. o Secured project funding on behalf of the International Domestic Workers Federation to promote migrant rights and decent work for domestic workers in Philippines, South Africa, Tanzania, and Brazil.o Design and implement other local, regional, and global initiatives with a gender approach across informal economy sectors and global regions. o Develop English and Spanish communications strategies (local, regional, global) and campaigns for key themes and events. Provide on-site support (e.g. logistics, videos, photos, social media) at large conferences such as the ILO Conferences (2009 to 2015, 2019), Rio +20, WUF5 and WUF6, and COP17. o Create and maintain websites, databases, and information sharing platforms.o Form internal publication and quality control processes and provide regular communications management support with CSOs to develop communication materials. o Regularly translate publications, correspondence, and documents. Provide interpretation and facilitation during international meetings and conferences.

• Consultant for Route 1, a Toronto based IT company for all the required services involved for the introduction of their new product code-named Atlas, now marketed as MobiNET solution to the Mexican market. Managed research, leads and opportunities, network with potential clients and service providers. Organized trade mission and successfully met with leading Mexican market representatives and prospective clients.• Consultant for Prospectus Group, an Ottawa based IT company for services related to market a "thin client" Internet access solution to the educational system and corporate sector in Mexico. Research was conducted in a self-directed manner to identify opportunities, develop sales leads and organize demonstrations and trials. During this contract five (5) trade missions were organized.• Consultant for the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency to write, edit and make recommendations on a series of Request for Proposals (RFP) of sensitive nature, to be posted on MERX by Environment Canada.• Consultant for Vec & Associates to develop a section for the Smart Communities web site called: "Smart International". Research included finding relevant funding and awards opportunities; associations, agencies and research institutes; and Canadian reference information.

Worked for Carleton University as teacher assistant for the Department of Women Studies and as a researcher for author and academic Sergio Aguayo de Quezada during the writing of his book: Archivos de la Violencia concerning human rights violations during the the period of 1964-68 in Mexico.
