In charge of project development and customization, collecting and analyzing customers' needs, communicating with internal departments (such as legal, business development, packaging, industrialization, laboratories, quality control...), with the aim to conform the project to customers' needs, requests and deadlines. At this moment I'm in charge of 20 different projects; I have been defining products, prices, timings and orders' creation into SAP. Personal interaction and exchange of information with customers from phase 0 of the project; I receive specific briefs about the product's customization process and I organize customers' visits on site. Creation of timetables and specific project timings - in agreement with technical departments such as Planning, Laboratories, Packaging Development & co.Creation of price proposals to submit to our customers (arranged together with the Business Development PM in charge). I follow projects' development and I make sure that both customers and Intercos are aware of the timetable that has to be respected. I define with customers all the commercial aspects that have to be subsequently put into sale contracts. I coordinate internal services in order to validate the technical aspects related to each project.Creation of accurate Bill Of Materials before launching the project.

• Cooperate with developers to create clean interfaces and simple, intuitive interactions and experiences.• Develop project concepts and maintain optimal workflow.• Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.• Use of internal data systems and analytics tools to organize main activities and support the sales,purchase and marketing teams, in order to communicate to our IT developers what is working andwhat needs to be implemented.• Support the development and design of complete and precise customized dashboards for eachuser.• Customers’ and users’ support to ensure a qualitative experience of the new developments.• Weekly reporting activity of what has been done and what is still pending, in order to push for anintervention from our developers• Business trends (B2B and B2C) reporting activity.• Testing activities, applying learning and scale results, creating training materials andtroubleshooting documentation.• Inventory control: monitoring the stock movements and purchase orders. Correcting productsquantities through stock adjustments. In charge of prompting vendors’ delays.• Ensuring that company’s policies and procedures are followed by warehouses.• Website (Shopify) monitoring activity with the Marketing team: I train them in how to use theonline platforms and the• Training activity, to provide my colleagues and our customers a full knowledge of the new ERP.
