• Carry out Sales and Marketing activities, especially for Bank retail products (KUM, KUR,Acquisition of Agents, Funding, e-Banking and other products determined by the Bank), both out branches selling and in-branch selling by working together with other branch teams.• Prepare a list of daily, weekly and monthly visit plans in coordinationwith the Branch Manager/MBM/Unit Provider.• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, report performance progress for the previous period as wellplan periodic activities with the Branch Manager/BM/Unit Supervisor.• Provide information/explanation of products and other services to customers in accordance withauthority and applicable provisions.• Administer all customer documents and maintain customer confidentiality in accordance with regulations.• Implement operational risk management for each business process carried out, namelycarry out identification, assessment, monitoring, control & mitigation of operational risks includingdata quality and reporting where risk events occur in accordance with applicable regulations at the bankand become a role model in the context of implementing operational control
