Supply Planning● Weekly align with producers on quantity supply to ensure healthy stock covers for over 100 SKUs● Weekly review demand and submit PO to co-manufacturer for replenishment● Ensure smoothness in supply shipment to warehouse and address issues foreseen● Negotiate with carriers/authorities on any additional charges may applied to any shipment● Ensure customer order fulfilment (COF) to achieve the target at 99%● Align with demand planner on demand/supply updates and highlight any risk foreseen for following month● Work with CDT and sales team on allocation plan for SKU that having supply constraint (demand part)● Align with Brand/Marketing team on sample plans● Support BU on analysing PIPO projects and give full visibility on write off risk at market and producer side● Review ageing stocks for expiry in next 10 months and highlight to BU for action plans in weekly basis● Plan and execute co-packing process as per alignment with Brand team, CDT and co-packers and ensure to complete co-packing in time● Communicate with warehouse team on incoming stocks and address any issue at warehouse side● Communicate with warehouse and QA teams and raise IMS complaint handling in ICH tools and claim on damaged incoming stocks● To release block park invoice via system for NBS to execute payment to the vendors● Maintain/setup master data is system: Maintain FERT status, create NPD master data, BOM registration, NCP volume, Min Max, etc.● Ongoing project: Project Re-cartoning of inbound damagesEvent Management (Import)● Work on expedite workflows to Z3● Initiate and finalize Product Briefs● Expedite documentation and submit for FIR (Brunei product registration)● Summarize weekly trucking plan to warehouse and co-packer● Providing preparation for incoming stocks to warehouse and perform GR● Perform PGIs upon delivery● Support and track Improvement projects with markets (implementation of CCU increase, slipsheet, RES), etc.

● Analyse AMS and sales trend vs demand forecast● Work with sales team on reviewing and updating demand forecast● Create NPD in SAP● Update master data and ensure system maintenance in SAP● Analyse and submit value forecasted to finance team in monthly basis● Analyse and update baseline forecast in system● Collaborate with supply hub to mitigate supply gaps● Update demand and supply plan for phase-in phase-out SKUs● Review and update reports with latest data in timely manners (e.g. Forecast, Actuals, OTIF, KPI, SLOBs etc.)● Prepare data and slides for Demand Review Meeting with all commercial teams and GM● Review and update SEAT S&OP monthly report for SG market for global visibility● Weekly review SOH vs orders, product shelf-life, demand forecasted and incoming supplies● Monitor products on allocation to ensure no overtaking by customers● Support ad hoc tasks and ensure to meet the deadlines, etc.
