My current position is Head of Materials Management at Candela Technology, a fast-paced scale-up on a mission to enable fossil fuel-free lakes and oceans through hydrofoiling and electric boats.As a leader, I believe in being present for my team - offering support and challenging them to continuously grow and excel in their roles. I'm passionate about continuous improvement, building effective processes, and establishing strong structures. With a focus on data analytics and strategy, I strive to make informed decisions that drive growth and long-term success.When I’m not at work, I prefer to stay active. In 2022, I completed the Swedish Classic (Vasaloppet, Vätternrundan, Vansbrosimningen, and Lidingöloppet), ran my first marathon in 2023, and recently finished my second marathon.
