Current- Collaborate with StartUps, supporting in recruitment- Assist in designing and implementing effective recruitment processes, performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, qualifications and expectations for open positions- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members
