• Responsible for the creation and development of the Human Resources Department through implementation of policies, performance and coordination in several areas, including:
• Administrative Management - Payroll, contract’s and benefits management and development of several statistical reports for the Board
• Recruitment and selection
• Training Management – Development of Training Plan, from training needs analysis to training evaluation.
• Performance Management - Monitoring all stages of the process, supporting, namely, the definition of SMART goals and ensuring the calibration in the process.
• Role Profiles Analysis - Development of role profiles across company, ensuring its permanent updating.

• Integrated in the Human Resources Department of Media Capital Group, SGPS, SA, responsible for:
• Training Management of Media Capital Group.
• Institutional Communication (Intranet, Newsletter and Protocols for the Group);
• New employees Induction
• Administrative management of IOL (Internet business) Other projects developed:
• Role Profiles analysis and competencies identification for the companies of IOL universe;

• Integrated in the Human Resources Department of TVI – Televisão Independente, S.A., responsible for:
• Administrative Management of Human Resources
• Performance Evaluation Process;
• Training. Design and management of the Training Plan and the applications for governmental funds;

• Integrated in the Training Department of Siemens, the main tasks were:
• Organization and management of language courses, local and international;
• Recruitment and selection of trainers.
