Leading day-to-day operations, long-term strategic planning, direction & execution at NDP, as one of the Directors. This includes service delivery management, strategic planning, KPI management and financial modeling. My focus is on leveraging digital capabilities, not just for us as an organisation, but enable our clients with best of breed technology platforms. In both spaces, I lead a data-driven quantitative approach and I absolutely believe in continuous tracking, analytics, measurements, targets, bench-marking and improvements. At NDP we provide services across a variety of platforms; Drupal CMS websites, including web & native apps, internet of things and home assistant technologies and robotics - even AI.
