In charge of the governance and the compliance, monthly and annual reporting to the shareholder Grupo Barraqueiro, to Arriva, to the Portuguese State and to the Court of Auditors.- Guarantee of the successful financial team remote work, during Covid19 since the very beginning – Mar. 2020.- Evaluation of Back office Teams’ efficiency and commitment.- New PPP contract agreement guaranteeing the economic sustainability, in Dec. 2019, until September 2024.- Reporting and controlling the commercial revenues KPIs - innovative sales channels and new products, as well as the permanent update of the cost’s control due to new scenarios.- Management information systems - digital transformation and processes optimization: Office 365 – sharepoint and onedrive, and integration of the accounting, management, sales and stocks softwares.- Successful PPP audits.- Guarantee of the contract extension for a further 9 years (**), in Dec. 2010.- Other projects - Fertagus' case study in partnership with the “Universidade Católica Portuguesa” / Collaboration in the proposal in order to exploit metro do Porto operation, - Grupo Barraqueiro had won the public tender.
