As a participant in the Ford Academy FA-2 training course at the Cuautitlan Stamping and Assembly Plant, I gained a thorough understanding of multiple areas of the facility in preparation for joining the production of the new Ford Mustang Mach-E as a Line Supervisor. The course covered technical skills, safety procedures and lean manufacturing best practices, providing me with the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate into the production line.
