I heavily influenced the Alternative Break Programs Risk Management Plan, which Oregon State University as adopted as a whole, as well as served on the hiring committee and onboarded the Immersive Program Coordinator professional staff member which now runs all of Community Engagement & Leadership Alternative Break Programs of Oregon State University.
