As the manager of the clinic, I had the following responsibilities: - Managing the clinic's operating licences with the relevant health authorities.- Creating website content- Interviewing and hiring new staff and dentists for the team- Organising company trips and events (company anniversary, theme days...)- Set up agreements with health insurance companies- Create price lists for the clinic- Making all orders for the clinic- Paying salaries and suppliers - Managing the team of dentists, dental assistants and prosthetists- Monthly invoicing to dentists and health insurance companies As an oral hygienist, I had the following duties:- Complete scaling with bleaching jet and polishing.- Taking x-rays to detect cavities- Making treatment plans- Laser whitening- Dental piercings

I joined the Master Dental Clinic as a dental assistant trainee. I learnt all the tasks that a good dental assistant should do, such as:- Knowing the names of all the dental instruments- Knowing what the dentists use for each dental procedure- Learning how to assist the dentist during an operation, a restoration or an orthodontic appointment- Being familiar with all the materials used in dentistry and knowing how to take care when using them- Learn the rules for the proper disinfection of the dental cabinet and the sterilisation of instruments- Learn how to deal with patients' emotions and reassure them - Learn how to attract new clients with marketing techniquesDental Master was a school for me, it was my first job where I started to take responsibility for my tasks, which allowed me to open the Sr Implante Dental Clinic.
