Global Minds is a youth organization dedicated to empowering young Latinos by providing them with essential resources and connections to pursue educational and professional opportunities abroad. The organization hosts weekly talks and provides free mentoring, with the goal of helping students discover their goals, work towards them, and ultimately achieve them.

The Student Ombudsman's School Defenders program seeks to train students as leaders against bullying through training and support so that they can develop their own educational projects with the same mission. The program is partnered with the University of Washington, which provides us with technology tools and awareness games to ensure appropriate use of AI in the classroom.

The program focuses on self-knowledge, social awareness, and social and collective action.I developed my personal growth, gained self-confidence, and acquired knowledge about creating youth organizations. I connected with more than 100 students from various regions of Peru.
