In my role as sustainability manager, I get to combine my passion for sustainability, customer relationships and strategic work. Its a perfect match. Placed within Hilti's marketing leadership team my main responsibility is to make sure that we become our customers' best partner for sustainability and safety. In order to achieve that ambition, my days consists of:-Influencing/change leadership - inspiring all stakeholders to act for improved sustainability and safety-Strategic customer work - how we shall develop our customer offering within sustainability and safety-Strategic corporate work - how we shall prioritize our projects to improve our corporate sustainability measures-Customer meetings - develop our partnership and business opportunities together with customers-Strategic brand positioning - establishing Hilti as a sustainable partner-External networks - learning from and contributing to the sustainability evolution of the construction industry-People leadership - leading a small team and happily co-working with academia/master students-Knowledge upskill - establishing competence regarding sustainability and safety internally and externally-Climate calculations - Scope 1, 2 and 3 calculations for both internal measures and customer reporting

Responsible for a sales team with main focus to develop people and reach outstanding results. Working together with account managers to develop our customers business to secure long time partnerships.Especially found of change managent and bringing the best out of individuals. Being a part of changing our sales force focus from activity based planing to a opportunity oriented sales approach. Part of the divisional leadership team together with sales director and seven area sales managers.

My primary task at Sensa was to advice business leaders and management teams concerning business development. The advice were based on a thorough business and market analyses and benchmarking studies. In addition to my customer-focused work I worked with intern development within Sensa. I took a responsibility for expanding the company's marketing activities through digital medias and to improve Sensa's graphic profile in reports and presentations. I continuously worked to increase Sensa’s position and visibility in the digital noise and love the new possibilities that digital media enables.

Arla Foods is a large dairy company, jointly owned by 12000 dairy farmers in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Luxemburg and Belgium.In my role I worked directly towards Swedish farmers. My tasks included:- administration and member services, focusing on creating and controlling economic reports concerning milk deliveries- responsibility for a module in the business management software SAP, concerning internal charges between local dairies, including guidance in processes, error diagnostics and compilation of calculations.
