My entire career has been in sales. During my first experience in the cosmetic company Lush, I learned how to internalize and passionately present the company's values, offering a complete and personalized experience based on the customer's needs. Subsequently I had the opportunity to manage and relocate a pet boutique in the historic city centre of Padova, thus achieving the goal of doubling the turnover in one year.Following my move to Amsterdam in 2019, I started working as a shop manager for the flagship store of the company Episode, located in the city centre. I was in charge of managing the store, the arrangement of the goods and the staff shifts, supporting my superiors in hiring and training new staff members. I also interfaced regularly with the head office for communications regarding sales and management. Subsequently, I took on the role of Area Manager in the same company, dealing with three stores nationwide, recruitment, training and labor logistics.I left the company to pursue a personal development plan that led me to a brief experience as a vintage clothing sorter and subsequently to buy a camper and start an itinerant life.At the moment I'm looking for a remote job that allows me to continue my lifestyle, putting into practice my excellent interpersonal and communication skills and my experience in the sales and customer care sector.I would like to broaden my computer skills and learn as much as possible. I appreciate working in a team but I manage my time very well even when working alone. I am an energetic and proactive person, ready for new challenges!
