I´m a General Manager within Financial control & Corporate Governance at Stena Bulk, Gothenburg, responsible for all legal reporting and accounting, group consolidating and corporate governance. I have more than ten years of experience in external auditing for small, medium and big sized companies in different kind of industries. Also, I´m analytical, have experience in internal audit, reporting and accounting. I am an excellent communicator with good cross-cultural experience, developed through studying in the US for one year and in Austria for three months and travelling for six month in various exciting countries such as India, Nepal, Laos and Vietnam. My key strengths are that I take strong ownership, I am social, proactive, efficient and humble as a person. I am also widely recognised for being an excellent and appreciated team member as well as an individual contributor. Owner of key S&M P&L/BS items. •Reporting: Reporting to external customers and internally including preparation of presentation documents.•Budget: Responsible for budgetary control and invoicing. •Annual report: Review of annual reports.•Internal control: Ensure proper internal control by review and test of process.•Closing: Completing the audits and ensure proper audit documentation and fulfil internal and external requirements. •Ad-hoc projects.
