Sofia is s highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator who, in her current role, is responsible for the day to day operations of multiple projects across various sectors. Sofia's day to day activities include: client liaison, internal & external communications, project and team coordination, financial management including, for example, forecasting & resource allocation, etc.Through these tasks, Sofia takes full responsibility in ensuring all project milestones are delivered on time and to the highest level of quality.In addition to Sofia's role on projects, she is also responsible for supporting multiple executives within the office.Her role also includes coordination and management of bid processes.Sofia has developed a passion for training through her time and experience within the Education sector. She applies this expertise to her current role by ensuring all new starters are properly trained in all processes and systems from the company. Sofia's personal interests include learning different languages and studying different cultures. This makes Sofia an excellent communicator and listener, both in writing and speaking. She is fully bilingual (English-Spanish) and has a conversational level of Italian and Japanese.
