I am a consultant at BTO Research, where I apply my project management skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions for a client in the fashion and luxury sector. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a state exam for information engineer, as well as a master's degree in management engineering from Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Politecnico di Milano.My core competencies include project integration management, agile methodologies, and negotiation. I support and coordinate the different phases of the project, from defining design requirements and analyzing technical and functional requirements, to monitoring and managing the project baseline and ensuring the implementation of the activities in terms of scope, budget, and time. I also manage the relationship and communication with the customer and the project stakeholders, and prepare activities and reports to support the design. Previously, I worked as a project manager at mainsim, where I provided overall project leadership and managed all aspects of a project, including CMMS configuration and customization, integration with other software, and upsellings. I am passionate about energy and environmental engineering, and I aim to contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for the sector.
