Taking the projects since the beginning, explaining the client the specifications that are required for the completion of the project, as well as creating a project plan to follow during the implementation. Setting up clients in our system database and request all necessary permissions. Analyzing the medical data that the client sends via SFTP in spreadsheets or delimited type text files, formatting and mapping the test file with the specific fields that are required. Provide and review results with the client on eligibility information for insurance in the United States healthcare program. Work with different project managers to make sure that the clients feel confortable moving forward to an automated process of the files. In charge of troubleshooting any type of issues with the batch files, SFTP connectivity or client access.

Resolving account problems, password reset, unlocks, troubleshooting browsers, FTP connectivity issues, helping clients to run credit reports for their customers or with any problem with the website, troubleshoot any type of error with batch jobs or lists that have been uploaded, working on tickets from Decision Analytics or high touch clients.
