In one year, Ms. Chang reversed a multi-year membership decline, reduced debt, secured unprecedented gifts totaling $100M, and developed a cultural framework founded on inclusivity. She led the organization to simplify, focus and connect to its core mission and core customer.Prior to GSUSA, Ms. Chang was President of Distribution at Warner Media (HBO/Time Warner) overseeing the distribution revenue for all HBO-branded and Turner-branded digital & linear channels. During her 20-year tenure at HBO, she was responsible for overseeing the P/L for both mature and emerging categories with 900+ distribution partners across 150 markets worldwide. Under her leadership, these businesses experienced exponential subscriber and revenue growth, increased market share, and improved profit margin. The annual revenues ranged from $1B to $12B.
