Ms. Chang is a results-driven leader who is exceptional in driving value creation, unpacking complex organizational challenges against significant headwinds, and leading with purpose, clarity, and transparency.Ms. Chang recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts of the USA – stewarding a comprehensive pivot of the 110-year-old institution with a financial portfolio of $2B in net assets and $1B in annual revenue across 111 local affiliates representing every zip code in the United States. As the organization’s national CEO, she was responsible for the full-breadth of the enterprise – program, technology, DEI, membership, legal, properties, consumer products, enterprise risk management, public policy, finance, HR et al. In one year, Ms. Chang reversed a multi-year membership decline, reduced debt, secured unprecedented gifts totaling $100M, and developed a cultural framework founded on inclusivity. She led the organization to simplify, focus and connect to its core mission and core customer.Prior to GSUSA, Ms. Chang was President of Distribution at Warner Media (HBO/Time Warner) overseeing the distribution revenue for all HBO-branded and Turner-branded digital & linear channels. During her 20-year tenure at HBO, she was responsible for overseeing the P/L for both mature and emerging categories with 900+ distribution partners across 150 markets worldwide. Under her leadership, these businesses experienced exponential subscriber and revenue growth, increased market share, and improved profit margin. The annual revenues ranged from $1B to $12B.
