Working with b2b industrial market in Russia & CIS (main clients - international vendors/distributors of chemical components, agricultural products, high-tech equipment);Using different channels of search - job boards, LinkedIn, direct search, hunting, referrals;Conducting phone interviews with candidates to pre-assess their competencies and identify their interest in proposed job opportunities;Coordination of meetings with candidates;Preparing cover letters for their submission to the client;Reporting;Conducting interviews with candidates;Conducting tests (if necessary) to assess the competencies of the candidates.
