Fully in charge of regional marketing team, being responsible for overall marketing in Asia Pacific region for all product lines, including brand strategy & guideline, marketing budget, PR & communication, events & campaign, digital & social media, market research, etc.

In charge of the whole brand team including marketing, merchandising, product, sales; interface with Hugo Boss Trademark Company and France Headquarters and being responsible for the brand communication & business development in China market.

- Marketing Operation: Brand events organization including Sales Convention, Media Press Day, New Opening Ceremony, etc.; Organizing & conducting road show / work shop to both own retail and key dealers; In‐store promotion execution by cooperating with retail team and sales analysis after promotion.- Project management: Communication and align with Lacoste brand company on brand orientation & marketing strategy;Constantly monitoring the business development on brand mix and environment in whole China market and coordination with APO & Lacoste brand company for project validation. Regular competitor brands and key markets research & analysis report to support CEO’s decision‐making on brand distribution strategy.

- As the key coordinator for various brand events such as Sales Conventions and Media Press Day;- Search & summarize general news in Asia Pacific area and report to APO & JV (China, Japan, Korea) managements;- Coordinate with Lacoste brand company to validate the “Brand Benchmark”, set up the POSopening procedure and consolidate the application materials; monitor the brand mix and environment of existing POS in whole China market and coordination with APO (“Asia Pacific Office”) & Lacoste brand company for opening / closing project validation.

The law firm now merged to UGGC Law FirmSupport partner for legal documents translation & filing; Liaison with the clients, Shanghai Administration of Industry & Commerce officers and Intellectual Property Agency for anti‐counterfeit cases and communications with the agents & other administrations for company registration cases.
