Including optimizing the application process, providing personalized communication, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate journey.Employer Brand Analytics: Utilizing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiativesTalent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing: Creating effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent. Designing EVP, marketing, and education materials for recruiters.Referral Program Promotion: Designing communication strategy and integrating it into employee experience to empower associates to recommend the company as the best place to work within their networkJob Platform Management & Employer Reviews M-nt: Collaborating with job platforms to optimize the organization's presence and visibility. Managing employer reviews on various platforms, such as Glassdoor and others.
