Product Analyst
Current- Gather and use feedback from internal and external users to identify pain points and future enhancements.- Track bugs, enhancement requests, and create new product backlog items.- Collaborate with the Direct of Product to prioritize features and initiatives within the product roadmap.- Prioritize backlog with scrum team based on our product roadmap.- Document acceptance criteria, test cases, test results, and release notes.- Test all sprint backlog items and manage releases to Stage and Production environments for multiple products.- Communicate and distribute release notes for internal and external users.- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal and external stakeholders.- Create internal and external support documentation.
