* Loading Material Masters, BOM’s, Routings, Production Versions, Equipment Records, Hierarchies, Work Centers, and other required infomation while partnering with engineering to ensure BOM’s/Routings/Work Centers are set up properly.* Perform time studies to help validate process times and line balance efficiency.* Verify cavitation & MMR* Completion of monthly health checks & physical audits for data accuracy to prevent operational downtime and to ensure accuracy of Production data, upon existing master data.* On time delivery to customers for New part setup in SAP

* Creating PPAP package* Checking compatibility of the included documentation.* Archive customer document approvals and submission to the relevant departments* Complete material submissions per customer requirement* Create a regular status report on PPAP requests* Blueprint reading and interpetation* Responsible for customers accounts : FORD, LEAR, APTIV & AEES ( Follow up customer request)

• Documentation of the delivery process of the work centers to the sustaining team• Support on project managements activities• Stock supervisor of the prototype shop• Request material and support in the order planning’s for prototype buildings• Coordinate deliveries for the growth engineering team
