I am a life science researcher with over 10 years of expertise in molecular biology and fish genomics especially Next Generation Sequencing techniques, I am looking for collaborations. My postdoctoral research focused towards understanding of molecular mechanisms involved in hypoxia tolerance and also in leading-edge research in the areas of whole genome sequencing, transcriptomics, and evolutionary biology and NGS data analysis. During my Ph.D. I have been focusing on the conservation aspects of native Indian fishes through molecular markers through identification of different stocks. Further, I am very much keen to do my further research in population genetics, genome sequencing or comparative genomics. I am highly motivated to utilize my skills to pursue my research career and to contribute to the organization.
