• Served as the project manager for the Metro North Atlanta region renewable accounts. Managed the billing and the customer-generated energy refunds of over 135 accounts with a mean of $57,000 in customer refunds per month. • Assisted in the creation and implementation of a renewable energy project dealing with over 14,890 accounts; notably implemented a tracking and verification macro-enabled Excel sheets to ensure billing accuracy.• Managed rate changes for the highest revenue producing accounts of the department, Real Time Pricing Accounts, with profits averaging $6,000,000 per month.• Created, managed, and generated a variety of reports, notably the monthly metrics reports detailing department revenues averaging at around $3.4 billion per year.• Managed meter changes for all 3,400+ commercial and industrial accounts managed by the department with a mean of 300+ changes per month.• Gained first-hand experience with technical process improvement by programming and updating macro-enabled Excel sheets and Access databases that reduced errors and write-offs.• Assisted in the creation of a new graphic logo design for the department.
