Sales Project Manager
Current- Assign workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Address any staff discipline or grievance issue, maintaining appropriate records in accordance with company procedure.
- Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
- Track inventory, and stock and issue supplies.
- Supervise housekeeping staff daily, including all shifts, event and post-event crews.
- Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for a pre and post-events.
