The World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) develops free and public benchmarks that measure and compare company performance on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aiming to build a movement towards increased corporate leadership and accountability. • Supported Oxfam's Behind the Brands global initiative, which motivates the 10 largest international food and beverage companies to improve their policies and practices related to land, women, farmers, workers, climate, water, and transparency along their entire supply chains.• Conducted research on the cocoa supply chain in Ghana, focusing on living income and gender equality. The research involved two months of fieldwork; conducting focus groups with cocoa farmer cooperatives, interviewing government officials, civil society organizations and private sector actors, and reviewing and evaluating corporate policies.• Updated the scorecard and monitoring, evaluation and learning framework that tracks the implementation of corporate sustainability commitments and the impact of Oxfam's Behind the Brands initiative
