• Conducted an independent assessment of the social and environmental policies and implementation plans of seven agribusinesses, in order to update the organization's scorecard on sustainable agricultural supply chains
• Led outcome harvesting exercise as part of the monitoring and evaluation strategy of Oxfam’s Protecting the Amazon program in Peru and Colombia

• Led evaluation of grievance mechanisms of three projects funded by the World Bank in Ecuador
• Provided recommendations for an action plan to improve the access and responses to complaints raised by project affected communities, with a strong focus on women and indigenous people

• Provided research and advocacy support to Oxfam’s Private Sector and Extractive Industries teams.Projects include:
• Led case study evaluation on a land dispute settlement case in Cambodia and engaged with the companies involved to encourage a fair settlement.
• Served as scorecard technical lead in Oxfam’s Behind the Barcodes campaign, that ranks the human rights, labor and sustainability policies of 16 supermarkets in the United States and Europe
• Conducted scoping research on the current landscape of gender standards and good practices for extractive industries
• Developed content and supported logistics for the organization of a side-event at the UN General Assembly in New York, that gathered leaders in corporate sustainability from the private and non-profit sectors
• Assessed the policies of oil, gas and mining companies regarding community participation and Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC)

• Supported Oxfam's Behind the Brands global initiative, which motivates the 10 largest international food and beverage companies to improve their policies and practices related to land, women, farmers, workers, climate.
• Conducted research on the cocoa supply chain in Ghana, focusing on living income and gender equality. The research involved two months of fieldwork; conducting focus groups with cocoa farmer cooperatives, interviewing.
• Updated the scorecard and monitoring, evaluation and learning framework that tracks the implementation of corporate sustainability commitments and the impact of Oxfam's Behind the Brands initiative

• Advised companies and public institutions on due diligence, conflict resolution, community engagement and management of social and environmental impacts.
• Drafted policies and protocols on community engagement, indigenous people, grievance mechanisms and impact management, for mining, energy and retail companies.
• Facilitated dialogue and participatory workshops between multiple stakeholders around large investment projects.
• Designed tools for quantitative and qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder mapping
• Produced reports and presentations to communicate findings to various audiences, including foreign and national companies, public institutions and local communities.
