-Oversee the overall health of the chapter and lead the chapter towards continued success through assessing needs and setting goals-Lead the Executive Team and provide support with key programming initiatives-Key spokesperson for the chapter for official statements as well as official business.-Serve as a liaison between Fraternity Headquarters, the college Panhellenic and the host institution.-Chair the Honor Board and lead all Honor Board Meetings in accordance with procedures outlined in the Alpha Xi Delta Honor Board guide.-Execute correspondence to members and works with the Honor Board to review all alleged violations of Alpha Xi Delta bylaws and determine appropriate outcomes.

-Implement the risk management program, lead all officers on my team involved with internal chapter operations, and assists the Chapter President, substituting for her as necessary.-Understands all duties of the president's office.-Oversee all aspects of chapter life including campus activities, Sisterhood and chapter events. Through working with the Chapter Events Director, and ensure that all chapter social events comply with guidelines. Additionally, I educate the chapter on risk management policies and best practices.-Educates the chapter on the Alpha Xi Delta Health & Safety Policies and ensures that each member signs the Health & Safety Agreement each semester. Submit reports in a timely manner in accordance with the Report and Deadline List.
