In my role as Office Manager I was responsible for all Nordic offices within the Vitec Group. I made sure we had suitable premises and that we had contracts negotiated according to Vitec Group policies. I managed re- and collocation projects as well as office renovation-/rebuild projects.I also acted Administrative Manager in the Vitec Group. I worked with a large array of people and provided support to the entire group. Daily support involved working with entry-level employees to senior management, as well as liaising directly with clients and suppliers. I added value to the organization by challenging the effectiveness of established procedures. I identified outdated practices and developed continual improvement processes for the organization.

I managed the overall process of planning, developing and delivering product to market for a product or portfolio solution area. Scope may span elements of portfolio management, concept-to-market, and lifecycle management. My responsibilities included: lead multi-functional core teams through process and deliverables; develop and assist with managing the overall program plan; contribute to the development of product specifications and requirements; organize, plan and ensure the execution of all program components and deliverables through core and extended team members; serve as an interface for the business decision team (BDT) for program/phase reviews; aware of a product/product line’s financial impact and assist with setting expectations accordingly; assess business readiness in delivering product to market; use market trends and competitive data to create and define a product/product line’s route to market; own accountability for program and business readiness results; align with other work groups in the establishment of pricing proposals; maintain orderly work processes by coordinating work flow and work quality; interfaces with product management and development, service, supply chain, sales, and other support organizations to ensure processes and deliverables meet the program’s business objectives.

I acted as a liaison between the company and customers to improve customer satisfaction and to meet service level agreements. I was responsible for the timely resolution of day to day problems and break/fix incidents for technical or operational issues. I teamed with project managers, systems engineers, sales team members, and service providers to develop and implement account management strategies that drove company revenue. I used a wide range of tools to steam line efforts in troubled case management, escalation, reporting and customer stewardship. Part of my job was also to proactively identify new service offer opportunities. I ensured service plans aligned with customer revenue objectives and provided solutions to complex problems.

I worked in a sales team of six people. My role included marketing planning with the distributors' sales and marketing departments, product training with the distributors' retailers and staff,visits to major end users and attendance at trade fairs, exhibitions and local events. All with the aim of achieving the set sales targets in the Nordic countries.
