• Advise pharmacists on contractual changes and renewals (Brand & Generic Formulary, GPO pricing, internal and external program enrollments)
• Responsible for up-selling of McKesson products and services including HealthMart brand, Generic medications, Pharmacy Systems, Point of Sale Systems, and McKesson Marketing programs and tools to ISMC pharmacies
• Help pharmacy owners achieve maximum profitability by developing business plans to maximize rebates, monitoring AWP’s of brand/generic drugs, conducting price-per-pill analysis and competitor pricing comparisons
• Analyze market dynamics by creating “Meeting Competition Forms,” “Waivers,” and “PILS” to help win over business from competitors
• First point of contact for customer questions and complaints regarding manufacturer shortages, internal issues and internal systems
• Develop strong working relationship with regional sales team

• Team with Territory Sales Executive to meet and exceed sales objectives – sales goals were consistently 100%+ to goal – able to grow HCV medication sales in a saturated and decreasing market share
• Responsible for selling of CVS/Caremark’s pharmacy services by initiating telephone calls to physician accounts
• Educate physicians on new medications and indications for the diseases that they treat
• Read and understand technical and non-technical documents related to the sale of and contracts for the company’s products/services
