I conducted this project work in a team, together with 3 of my colleagues. The aim of this project work was to improve the app "Municipium", by adding further funcionalities to the app (for instance, a section related to smart mobility, where users can find information about means of transports of a given municipality, plan their journey and buy tickets for public transportations). Thanks to the implementation of an "Ecocalculator", users can gain points based on the sustainability of their journey in terms of emissions. They can use these points to have discounts on the price of the ticket for museums or other cultural sites.This project was conducted in collaboration with Start Romagna and Museo Fellini.

Piazza H&R is a chain of hotels and residences located around Northern Italy. For the summer season 2022, I worked for both Residences Le Spiagge and Riviera, two of their subsidiaries, both located in Rimini.My main tasks were the followings:- Accounting- Customer Care- Customer Relationships Management- Managing Relationships with suppliers- Managing reservations through the software Passpartout- Preparing invoices for OTAs and other travel agencies- Managing the Booking.com extranet, managing reservations and answering e-mailsThis working experience gave me a very good degree of autonomy, since I was alone during my working hours.
