Toptal is the largest fully-remote company globally and our vision is to be the greatest talent company in the world.- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent across a range of technology profiles, including developers, designers, project and product managers, financial experts, and more.- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent while providing a great candidate experience. - Conduct technical sourcing using various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google XRay, GitHub, and other online platforms.- Screen CVs and profiles, conduct interviews, and assess the suitability of talents for specific client needs - Manage and maintain a steady talent pipeline while keeping steady KPIs- Communicate and interact with cross-functional teams for better talent experience, improved processes, project alignment & sourcing strategies.

- Support the recruitment team & administration for the Global Talent Community.- Candidate management through Lever- CV screening.- Coordination of linguistic (localization) testing processes.- Create and maintain healthy collaborations with partners.- Management of central talent database, trackers update and quality control.- Organization and follow up with the community as a part of a global initiative.- Update and manage vendor lists, calendars, and records.- Customer support.
