Worked closely with members of the Asset Securitization and CLO Practice Group; Observed and participated in client meetings and negotiations in connection with a broad range of securitization transactions, including collateralized loan obligation transactions, trade receivable securitizations and consumer loan securitizations;Drafted and reviewed various transaction documents including Indentures, Collateral Management Agreements, Offering Memoranda, Credit Agreements, Security Agreements and Purchase and Sale Agreements;Drafted legal opinions relating to various legal and regulatory matters;Assisted in the establishment of numerous collateralized loan obligation transactions and other asset-backed facilities;
