I have a strong foundation in protecting networks, systems, and data from cyberattacks and solving complex problems with analytical and logical skills. Security+ certification in progress.I worked as a Help Desk & Desktop Support Engineer at New York State Department of Financial Services, where I share the responsibility of leading the ticket resolution support team and ensuring the effective and timely implementation of problem resolution for hardware, software, data and voice communication issues. I also install and configure new applications, including web servers, operating system and infrastructure components such as VMware, Citrix, and VIP Symantec.Previously, I worked as a Mac/ IT Support Engineer at Force Therapeutics, where I evaluated, maintained, and documented IT systems and processes, using Okta to connect all apps, logins, and devices for onboarding or offboarding users. I was also a tech support intern for the Research Foundation at CUNY, where I assisted with data storage operations and performs routine back up and recovery accompanied with making sure that all users have technical resolutions in a timely manner . Before that, I was a Fulfillment Centers Associate at Amazon, where I organized over hundreds of shipments daily to customers with 100% accuracy and publicized any product discrepancies or quality issues to management. Despite not learning many technical skills in this position, I have learned how to interact with customers & work under a time sensitive environmentI am motivated by learning new skills and advancing in current ones, and I value teamwork and time management in any setting.
