Successfully transitioned all Business Service Support duties to corresponding areas as part of AT&T’s Centennial acquisition.Also assisted in the planning and coordination of project plans for account renovations of wireless corporate clients while providing customer service to Wireless and Wire line customers (Medium Business (Wireless 20- 49 units / Wire line-revenue of $4,000- $9,999) Large Business (Wireless – 50+ units / Wire line–revenue of $10,000+). Coordinate delivery of units to customers through business service field representatives, reporting directly to this position. Analyze customer invoice and assure correct products and rate plans have been sold to the customer. Resolve customer claims and identify root cause of the problem.
