In this position I work to ensure funding and amplify Region Northern Europe's partner and donor ecosystem. I lead the work in developing a digital volunteer platform, RådRum Online. By pushing for a digital community of volunteers I have led the project in a new direction for more active and close engagement, no matter your physical location. I have further expanded my competences by becoming a certified digital strategist leading and developing IMs digital strategy and future. I have also taken part in leadership and development courses by Hyper Island.

Coordinating RådRums initiatives for inclusive societies. I worked closely with stakeholders but also with municipalities and other donors. I managed to increase the total number of participants and the ratio of female participants to 50%. I ensured 1,5 million SEK in funding through partnerships, held numerous information workshops in order to communicate the project's values, and goals. Further I enjoyed to structure and ensure capacity development as well as finding strategic ways forward to ensure the project's sustainability.

Alongside my studies I have worked part time (about 20-40 hours a month) with assisting the preparations for and the execution of meetings and formal events taking place at the University both attached to LU conference and the Old Bishops House. I have had the responsibility to prepare the venue, serve lunch and refreshments, register guests and preparing meeting schedules. Further I helped the guests during and after the meetings. Served at both smaller and bigger dinners and I have at times been head waitress in charge of the communication between guests and kitchen. All to ensure the best possible experience for the guests.

The CSO´s that were being researched all had a feminist agenda and thus my previous experience at Berkeley University and at Lund University was favorable.In this job I further developed skills in recruitment, interview technique, transcription, management and analysis.

I participated in several evaluation processes and engaged in everyday management found at the International department. I engaged actively in evaluating the process that lead up to IM become a SIDA- frame organization. Here I formulated a questionnaire in order to engage in IMs different regional and local offices in how they had found the application process and the process in development of the organizations Strategic Platform. Further I contributed together with the desk officers, to the evaluation process looking at the decentralization of the International Department. My role here was to look at the questionaries’ being sent out and help to analyze the results. I further enjoyed my time in the capacity development team and contributed to structuring and mapping of the International departments work processes in order to effectively manage the working procedures of the department.
