In charge of managing both foreign Wholesale customers and the operations related to Amazon e-commerce management. The following are in the main tasks:-Customer management during sales campaign and Showroom support-Entry and maintenance of Customer master data on the dedicated management system-Entry of Customer’s orders by overseeing the stages of modification, fulfillment, and dealing with Logistics for the arrival of shipment goods - Coordinating with different departments to meet schedule deliveries (Purchasing, Logistics, Administration)-Supporting Customers in managing replenishments and replacement of goods-Handling returns and disputes by issuing authorizations, checking with the Quality Control Department and monitoring the returns process -Entry, monitoring and analysis of sales
