I am a positive, energic and enthusiastic worker, easily developing empathy with others as a careful observer and listener. This has always allowed me to understand people, create links and motivate them toward goals. Always in balance between a “beauty seeker” and “business” personalities, I have channelled these two souls into passions: Design, Photography, Gardening, Marketing and Economics.And so I did also in my work path. Once I got my degree in Economics and Marketing, after a brief experience in a Marketing&Events environment, I started my work experience in Yoox Net at Porter Group. Beginning firstly as an Online Store Manager, I immediately had the opportunity to face myself with the emerging reality of eCommerce and start an exciting professional career.It was here that I discovered that the “aesthetic sense” and relational skills could meet and find space in the world of Online, Fashion, Luxury and the relationship with Customers in a BtoB and BtoC reality. Yoox Net at Porter Group was such a dynamic reality: first with a merge, then with the acquisition by Richemont group, this allowed me to grow and experience a lot of scenarios. Over the years, I have developed and collected multiple skills (commercial, analytical, technical, management) working with several international luxury partner brands, as senior eCommerce Client Manager first and then promoted to Head of Client Management team. I am responsible for eCommerce and multichannel strategies, leading a team of +15 people from commercial side and from technology department.I every day welcome new challenges and chances.
