I was the first Head of People in Brazil operation, designing and building the team, policies and procedures from zero at a hyper fast pace in order to support hyper growth and expasion of the country in an strategic moment. Taking the HC from 250 to 1000 employees in 11 months.

Collaborate with HR HQ team to develop and apply HR strategy in the offices of Sao Paulo, Argentina, Chile and Peru supporting over 100 employees.Main responsibilities:o Payroll cost control and analysis including employee benefits administration.o Develop, implement and control HR Policies according to local legislation.o Provide guidance to managers on restructure, workforce planning and succession planning involving external HC, trainees and direct HC.o Support day to day HR operations including onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, terminationso Report metrics and analysis human resources data (compensations, turnover, structure control)

Implement the training and development Strategy of Latam. (+-250 employees in 9 countries)Main responsibilities:o Develop the performance evaluation to link employees performance and contribution to their salary career. Including the administration of the internal performance evaluation system.o Design and coordinate the Latam training program, including soft and technical training programs across all countries.o Manage the company trainee program to create talent and contribute to the company's future needs.o Work with line managers to analyze and identify Training needs.o Manage the performance bonus process, policy and calculation and make sure all employees knows their targets and evaluation metrics

• Training: organization and logistics, monitoring of the 2013 training plan (TMP). Record training in SAP. Coordination of language classes.• Immigration procedures: support in renewals of temporary and permanent residences.• Support in the launch of the 360-evaluation project in Latin America.• Recruitment: recruiting interns, professional internship agreements with universities, creation of Recruitment status matrix (metrics and follow-up of candidates).• Company wall newspaper: organization of integration events.• Support to HR generalist (file, payroll supports, vacation capture, payment to suppliers).
