Human Resources Manager
Current• Develop, administer and communicate human resources policies, procedures and practices in accordance with company objectives and federal and state laws and regulations. • Promote positive employee relations through communication and interpretation of these policies, procedures and practices. Responsible for department internal controls. • Manage all employment practices including employment branding, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and career development. • Develop, implement and maintain hourly/salary administration program which includes incentives, bonuses and variable pay. • Create and administer a competitive benefits program that enhances total compensation and is valued by employees. • Oversee the training function of HR related topics to meet the needs of the organization and to develop competencies needed for future operations. • Manage third party relationships, negotiate contracts and lead projects to support all areas of responsibility. • Conduct organizational climate surveys and department internal service surveys to assist management in achieving a high level of employee satisfaction.
