Current● Assist and coordinate 100+ engaging home tours, showcasing model and immediate delivery homes, and the community, while using proactive follow-up skills to convert promising leads into buyers● Maximize Van Metre's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to identify and engage with prospects who could be interested in your community, executing strategic 300+ weekly cold and warm outreach campaigns through email, text, and phone calls● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and construction, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of upcoming 20+ condos and homes● Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs, marketing campaigns, and tours providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and project success
