Tribe is a management company based in London looking after artists such as Bear’s Den. The responsibilities that I undertake within this role include, administration (emails, obtaining various record details (CAE ISRC), completing PRS grant applications for artists etc), accounting, A&R, live show production and more. Whilst working at a management company, the main skill I have acquired is adaptability, every artist on the roster has different needs and timelines, being able to think on your feet and manage multiple peoples expectations whilst maintaining interpersonal relationships is extremely important in this field.

As a songwriter and producer, I have recently signed a publishing deal with Ninja Tune (JIM) to further my own musical output, lend my songwriting services to other writers and produce high quality tracks for bespoke projects and work for hire (synchronisation) briefs. In this role I have a duty and responsibility to meet tight deadlines, work alongside clients from demo to finished audio whilst incorporating their feedback and needs. Additionally, I analyse existing songs from other artists and lend a new perspective with quality improvements through co-writing.

For the past couple of years, I have been working as a freelance songwriter/producer. Due to my extensive knowledge of music production, my responsibilities have ranged from one off experiences mixing singles to working closely with artists for the entirety of their audio projects.For solo/duo projects I create left-of-centre pop. Previous projects of mine, FLUXX.WORLD & MOONOVERSUN have received major support from Spotify, racking up over 250,000 plays and adds to the Fresh Finds, Fresh Finds: Hiptronix & Hyper Pop/Neon Party playlists.FIA is my solo project which has began development at the beginning of this year; I handle all of the creative components in this endeavour (songwriting, vocals, production, mixing, artwork, press photos, music videos).showreel can be provided on request.

Running nights in both London & Brighton, WONK was a creative company foundedby Isaac Ashby and Sofia Hughes. Collaborating with like-minded artists, the night was specially curated to showcase left-of-centre pop musicians and DJs whilst exhibiting immersive multimedia. The partnership were equally responsible for the duties that come with running a live promotions brand, for example, correspondence (emails etc), hospitality regarding artists, booking venues and liaising with other promoters.These responsibilities required us to utilise our initiative in high pressure situations and exhibit exceptional communicative skills whilst negotiating and planning with various external parties. Headline acts at the events included Kane West (PC Music), Gnucci, Slugabed, Wharfwit (Kero Kero Bonito) & Esther Joy (Charli XCX).
