Managing banking and insurance matters of private customers and business.

In the summer of 2020 I worked at Resurs Bank in Helsingborg. I worked at their customer support and helped customers with credit cases as well as cold calling and other proactive sales activities.

In the fall of 2017, I had an internship at Oriental Rubber Products in Bangkok. ORP is a company that trade in natural rubber. During my time in Bangkok i got to understand the natural rubber industry and interacted with existing and potential customers worldwide. I got to identify and interpret trends in the industry through analyzing and compiling data related to production, consumption and price. I also worked with external partners to compile product information for the company's website.
