* Handling end to end recruitment and screening * Candidates sourcing , Networking, head hunting and Job portals * Build and implement sourcing, selection and networking strategies to hire in a cost effective and efficient manner * Conducts initial interviews by phone/ in person to determine experience and skill level.* Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.* Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement.* Checking the references of candidates simultaneously.* Negotiating salaries with candidates and close the position.* Ensure the selected candidates are provided with the offer letters on timely basis* Maintaining database/statistics of candidate's short listed, rejected, offers made and open requirements
