Front Office Agent
- Welcoming guests with warm attitude, determinating their needs and striving toensure their unforgettable and comfortable stay- Verifying reservations, identification and documentation of guests- Handling incoming correspondance profesionally and accurately- Providing concierge services, such as booking appointments ,arranging travel andproviding information about local amenities and attractions- Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying- Prioritizing tasks while staying focused on several projects simultaneously; diligentlyfollowing up on outstanding items- Maintaining a friendly, approachable style to build relationships and workharmoniously with others at all times- Collaborating with other team members on various projects and customer issues- Handling customer complaints and inquiries with understanding and compassion,deciding on a furter way of action- Providing executive and administrative support, creating working hours reports andassisting HR with the department's payroll procedures- Maintaining and updating reservation billing details; organizing invoices; cashhandling and accounting- Adapting individual training approaches to new co-workers needs and implimentingthem- Organizing a work schedule for up to six people
