Support Services Manager
Current• Responsible for Human Resource processes and Training Lead for all departments.• Conducting employee disciplinary actions and investigations as well as managing staff’s absence levels.• Inducting new starters and delivering all relevant training for each department.• Responsible for Health and Safety and compliance, including DBS requests and Right to Work checks.• Creating and delivering a client monthly report as well as a financial summary.• Managing all in house waste collections a well as reviewing and implementing waste optimizations, keeping in mind all new legislation and leading on environmental initiatives and implementations such as increasing the percentages of dry mixed recycling and reducing general waste.• Responsible for all purchases required for an efficient running of all the facility services, from uniforms to machines, to consumables and food.• Creating trackers for the good maintenance off all the services: HR tracker, audit tracker, financial summary, waste tracker, training tracker, consumable tracker, franking tracker, among others.• Leading on company initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion, Working with People with Neurological differences such as ADHD and Autism as well as creating awareness on subjects such as dementia, safeguarding of vulnerable children and adults and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
