Current- Microsol Resources has a big presence on the East Coast and is expanding to the Florida Market and Pacific northwest area to provide superior software solutions and expert education to the AEC industry.- Engage in daily cold calls via telephone and followed up with business prospects monthly to verify pipeline sufficiency.- Daily use of Lead forensics, ZoomInfo, and Dodge pipeline to find new leads.- Master and constantly improve in sales techniques, including prospecting, proposal, exceptions, closing, follow-up and upsell.- Prospect new clientele through referrals. Discuss with existing clients in the Florida market and Pacific Northwest area the benefits of working with Microsol Resources.- Identify AEC companies business needs by gaining an understanding of software goals, objectives and processes.- Manage sales cycle from first contact to established customer sale.- Use target questioning strategies to discover insight on prospect needs and requirements.- Record and maintain sales prospect and sales data within customer relationship management system.- Prepare quotes for potential clients.- Schedule demos with potential clients and the technical team to show and discuss the new features and functionalities available for each software and version.
